Indulge in the Roaring Business Retreat: Gourmet Delights and Hot Spring

Hi how are you? Today, I’d like to introduce an attractive entertainment center which newly opened just in the center of Tokyo on February 1st, 2024.

Senkyaku Banrai” (千客万来) literally means “Thousand of customers/visitors” and it is born as a “place of relaxation” for everyone next to the world’s largest fish market, Tsukiji.

Even hot springs in Toyosu! – The off-market “Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai” is a “market where you can stay” surrounded by a variety of gourmet foods.

On February 1st of this year (2024), a new spot was born in front of Toyosu Market in Koto Ward.

Its name is “Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai.” As an “off-market” in Toyosu, the building features accommodations, hot spring facilities, and many restaurants.

What’s Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club building?

The hot spring building “Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club” is a large-scale facility with 8 floors above ground.

The hot springs are not sourced from Toyosu but are transported hot spring water daily from Hakone and Yugawara which are very popular in terms of quality in Kanagawa Prefecture.

In Toyosu’s off-market, operated by the well-known hot spring facility “Manyo Club,” the hot spring facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – there’s even a free footbath with an overlooking Tokyo Bay view!

The site area of “Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai” is approximately 17,000 square meters and is divided into two main areas: “Accommodations with Hot Springs” and “Gourmet.”

The highlight is the open-air bath where you can overlook Tokyo Bay. Additionally, the building features massage corners, esthetic corners, dry saunas, salt saunas, and rock baths.

The hot bath facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can take a nap inside the building before a major event in Odaiba, or get a real rest in an overnight room with an open-air bath.

Rates start at 3,850 yen for adults (add 3,000 yen from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.).

The hotel is located on the south side of Tokyo Big Sight. Incidentally, the distance from Toyosu Market to Tokyo Big Sight is about 2 km, or a 25-minute walk. (9 minutes by Yurikamome).

In addition, in the free zone on the 8th floor, there will be a café with a great view, a “Sky Dining” bar, and a “Footbath Garden for Ten Thousand Visitors” that anyone can enter.

On the rooftop of “Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club,” there is a row of free footbaths in the garden on the left side of the photo and a panoramic seaside view footbath for visitors on the right side of the photo, where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the seaside.

Let’s go to now “Edomae Market”!

A variety of gourmet options and souvenirs are available at the Edomae Market.

The gourmet zone adjacent to it, the “Toyosu Off-Market Edomae Market,” is a 3-story building.

The entire building is a commercial facility centered around restaurants, with the first floor serving as a casual area for nearby residents with ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, etc., called “Toyosu Edomae Street.”

An “event square” where events can be held is also set up on the Manyo Club side.

The second floor, “Meli Melo Alley” and “Toyosu Main Street,” recreates the streets of Edo (old Tokyo) inside the building, with Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s tourism PR corner “Ichiba Square” also included.

On this second floor, not only seafood restaurants but also “Tokyo gourmet” such as ramen shops and soba noodle shops are gathered.

At “Uo Shoji Odawara Rokuzaimon,” a seafood delicatessen with origins dating back to the Azuchi-Momoyama period, you can enjoy one-handed snacks.

At the long-established greengrocer wholesaler “Kanesu,” which has been operating since the Edo period, you can enjoy fruit sandwiches and smoothies.

At “Soma Suisan,” a tuna wholesaler established for 60 years, you can also enjoy tuna burgers.

Additionally, many “take-out shops” such as “Imo Matsuri,” a greengrocer wholesaler selling fresh vegetables and sweet potato soft-serve ice cream, and “Oh! Huggy” an art confectionery shop from Kobe, is also open.

Thus, it seems that Toyosu is active as a spot for “eating out” and “souvenir shopping” unique to Toyosu.

And on the 3rd floor, there is “Yoridori Machiya,” a gathering of restaurants centered around a sushi food court.

You can also enjoy various bowls, including those from sushi shops like “Ginza Sushitajima” and “Tsukiji Kaisen Torasue,” as well as a uni specialty shop from Hokkaido called “Tsukiji Uni Tora” and “Edo Tsujidokoro,” which offers Edomae seafood bowls using fresh bluefin tuna.

You can enjoy both “beauty” and “deliciousness” at the same time.

In addition, the 3rd floor is feature stores recommended for “meat lovers” such as “Tokyo 29 Sushi,” a meat sushi restaurant, and “Yakiniku Shio Hormone Kechan Toyosu,” a yakiniku restaurant from Iidabashi.

As the number of foreign tourists visiting Tokyo increases, Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai has also set up parking lots for large vehicles, and it is expected to become a “standard tourist bus route” in the future.

If you want to fully enjoy Toyosu Off-Market, it might be a good idea to visit now before the awareness among tourists rises.
